Personal email, written by you, one person at a time.

knktr is a private macOS app made by Everyone Needs a Copilot. It helps you write personal outreach emails to one named person at a time, in your own words.

It is not for sale and has no public sign-up. Three people use it: Pablo Alejo and two colleagues, who get it directly from us.

What it does

• Keeps your notes on the people you plan to write to.
• Drafts as much or as little as you ask, in your own writing style. The opening is always yours.
• Sends a message from your Gmail account only after you approve that exact message.
• Keeps a record of what you sent, on your Mac.

Why it connects to Google

knktr sends the emails you approve from your own Gmail address, with your own signature. To do that, it asks Google to confirm your email address, to send email for you, and to read your send-as address and signature. It never reads your inbox.

Your data stays on your Mac. We run no server for knktr. Read the knktr privacy policy.
